Power Source Parenting Group
Why Power Source Parenting works for teens
Tailored to your life: Content and schedules built for teens — flexible session times, short focused modules, and mobile-friendly access so participation fits school, work, and family life.
Peer community: Meet other expecting teens and teen parents who are going through the same experiences. Share challenges, celebrate progress, and build a nonjudgmental support network.
Practical skills you need now: Clear, step-by-step guidance on prenatal care, newborn basics, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, safe sleep, developmental milestones, and everyday parenting routines.
Life and goal planning: Tools for continuing education, career planning, budgeting, housing options, and time management. We help you plan for your family and your future.
Mental health and wellbeing support: Learn stress management, healthy coping strategies, and how to access counseling or local resources. Sessions address relationships, boundaries, and self-care.
Access to trusted professionals: Facilitators include teen-parenting specialists, nurses, social workers, lactation consultants, and education/career advisors — all experienced in working with young parents.
Confidential and judgment-free: Virtual format protects privacy and reduces stigma. Participate from home or anywhere you feel comfortable.
